- Our morning workshops are a perfect introduction to meditation. The morning includes guided meditations, advice on using meditation to solve our daily problems, and a continental breakfast served in the break. Relax and enjoy.

Summer Festival, Friday 23rd July - Saturday 7th August with Gen-la Dekyong and Gen-la Kunsang at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre (Cumbria, UK)
Fall Festival Friday 22nd - Friday 29th October - a rare and very precious opportunity to receive teachings directly from Venerable Geshe-la. This one is in Brazil , just outside São Paulo, in the beautiful newly built Kadampa Temple. It's a long way to travel but it is worth the effort without any doubt.
