- This course is a must for anyone with a busy life. Learn practical methods for integrating your meditation experience into daily life and for maintaining your sanity whilst dealing with the challenges and ever increasing demands of the workplace.
- Our morning workshops are a perfect introduction to meditation. The morning includes guided meditations, advice on using meditation to solve our daily problems, and a continental breakfast served in the break. Relax and enjoy.

Fall Festival Friday 22nd - Friday 29th October - a rare and very precious opportunity to receive teachings directly from Venerable Geshe-la. This one is in Brazil , just outside São Paulo, in the beautiful newly built Kadampa Temple. It's a long way to travel but it is worth the effort without any doubt. All teachings in English.
